Math Chair, Upper School Math Teacher
Harry grew up in several areas of the world including, Thailand, Washington DC, and Oklahoma. He played a lot of chess, bridge and other games in his eventful youth and went to College as a pre-law history major, but ended up excelling in math! Besides his work at Powhatan, Harry is also adjunct at Shenandoah University. When speaking of his career, Harry remarks that the highlights include “working with the mathcounts team, and trying to find new ways to make math interesting. My highlights are normally when students walk into my class.”
