An Afternoon with Drew Gilpin Faust ’60
One of our most notable alumni, Drew Gilpin Faust, President Emerita of Harvard University will return to Powhatan’s campus and address students and faculty. Parents and alumni are welcome to attend. Her memoir, Necessary Trouble: Growing Up at Midcentury will be hot off the presses and she will be available for a book signing after the presentation. Leading Innovation: A Discussion about the Future of Education
In celebration of community educators, Powhatan is hosting a panel of thought-leaders to discuss critical issues and opportunities in the field of education. Join Powhatan alumni Drew Gilpin Faust, and other educational leaders for an evening of thoughtful discussion about the future of education. More information is coming soon.

75th Anniversary Homecoming Celebration!
Join students, current and former faculty and alumni for a special event that you won’t want to miss.
Relive a cherished Powhatan tradition, Field Day, at this family-friendly event! Join current and former faculty, alumni and students on Powhatan’s campus to earn Post and Rail points with a variety of fun activities, tours of the campus and Crocker Conservancy, and to cheer on our upper school students as they take on rival schools on the soccer field and volleyball court. Food trucks will be available for the family and beverages will be provided. Check back for a schedule of events and to RSVP.
