Applications for kindergarten through grade eight are due in the Admissions office by January 31, 2020. Applications received after this date will be accepted, but availability will determine the extent of the assessment process.

Student Visits And Admission Assessments
Pre-K & Kindergarten: Candidates will participate in a morning of simulated kindergarten with other pre-kindergarten age children in January and February. Candidates will be individually assessed during the course of this visit. Assessments after this date will be performed on an individual basis, if space is available.
Grade 1: Candidates will be evaluated on an individual basis during a full-day class visit that will be scheduled between January and February. Assessments after the application deadline will be performed on an individual basis, if space is available.
Grades 2–8: Candidates will be administered grade-level assessments during a full-day class visit that will be scheduled between January and February. Assessments after this date will be performed on an individual basis, if space is available. Official copy of school records must be submitted to the admissions office prior to the assessment date.
Open House & Shadow Day Options: We encourage prospective families to spend a school day with us through our Open House & Shadow Day programs. Students are immersed in the classroom for a day with their peers, while parents visit with administrators teachers and students through a variety of programs. RSVP is required.

Financial Aid Application Deadline
In order to be considered for financial aid for the 2020–2021 school year, School and Student Service for Financial Aid must receive your application no later than February 15, 2020. Additionally, the Financial Aid Committee requires that you submit a copy of the application you filed with SSS (PFS Form) and a copy of your 1040 tax return with attachments for the previous year.
Applications received by SSS after this date or applications received without supporting documents may be excluded from being considered for financial aid for the 2020–2021 school year. The entire process is online and information can be found on the Financial Aid page.
Admission And Financial Aid Notification Dates
Admission notifications and financial aid decisions will be mailed no later than March 7, 2020. New student enrollment contracts and deposits are due back by March 30, 2020.
