Powhatan School’s endowed funds sustain our legacy for academic excellence by generating a steady and permanent source of income to support the people, programs, and activities and secure the School’s long term financial sustainability. The below Endowments allow Powhatan School to attract, retain, and develop faculty; provide exceptional academic, arts, and athletic programs; and offer meaningful scholarship opportunities.
Unrestricted Endowments
The income of these funds is unrestricted and used where needed most by the school.

Financial Aid Endowments
The income of these funds is used to broaden accessibility, increase diversity, and augment tuition payments for qualified students who otherwise would not be able to attend Powhatan School.
