Bio: Alice lives with her daughter Rachel in the town of Boyce. She is the mother of 4 and has two wonderful grandbabies. Her family moved from Fairfax, VA to Clarke county 32 years ago with her eldest daughter Tiffany attending Powhatan school. Alice owned and operated Boyce Train Station Restaurant. Eighteen years ago, she was given the opportunity to teach at Boyce Elementary school and helped to kick-off an art campaign in Clarke County, while also a student and teacher at Opus Oaks an Art Place. She went on to teach at Midland Christian school in Midland, VA creating a an art program for P-K thru the 8th grade, while working closely with the music and drama program. This same program she brought to Winchester Academy, teaching P-K thru the 12th grade. Here she was given the opportunity to explore dance with art, drama and music.

Her love of art brought her to Powhatan school 9 years ago to teach in the summer camp program. As her love for Powhatan school grew, so have the opportunities. She has been the teacher for the ASAP Program for the last several years, substitute teacher, Pre-K Instructional Teacher, and also Assistant Drama Director. Alice now begins a new career as the Lower School Art Teacher. As Alice in Wonderland, she is excited to bring her passion for mixed media art, recycled art and art history.
