Bio: Before joining the Powhatan community, Kelly taught Visual Arts for 14 years in Winchester, Warren County, and Frederick County. She has taught at all grade levels and sponsored numerous extracurricular activities over the years. Kelly enjoys teaching the many facets of the visual arts: creative process, visual communication and self-expression, art history and culture, technical skills, and innovative problem solving. She lives in Frederick County with her husband Curry, and their family of four (or five, counting the cat).
