Bio: Mimi began her teaching career at Alexandria Country Day school in Alexandria, Virginia as a third grade teacher. Over seven years, she worked in many roles at ACDS including classroom teacher, reading specialist and Interim Head of Lower School. In 2017, she moved to Winchester and worked for one year as the Powhatan librarian. After taking a year off to spend time with her baby, she returns to Powhatan to support the fourth and fifth grade teams as a learning specialist.
