After ten years at Cooper, Teresa and her family moved to Round Hill where she joined the faculty at Harmony Middle School in Hamilton, Virginia. At Harmony, she taught 7th and 8th grade students with special needs in English and reading. At both Cooper and Harmony Teresa served as a mentor teacher for several first-year teachers.
